Our Institute

CR Learning is a Spanish language school located in the city of San Jose, 10 minutes walking distance from Central Park in downtown our program emphasizes and integrates components via classroom exercises and the technique of immersion method. This is when a student is surrounded by nothing but culture. Also constantly speaking Spanish; from the local shops, markets, gyms, restaurants, school, and the host families. Students find themselves applying their newly acquired skills on an everyday basis with appropriate feedback from their professors as well as the people around them. This technique allows the student to hone their abilities in a supportive and relaxed environment. Our short term immersion courses 1 to 4 weeks are very popular among visitors to the country. The courses of study are designed to satisfy, in a quick and efficient manner, the growing need for Spanish language skills. The school also offers long term programs for those interested in staying more than one month.

CR Learning is located in the Centro Colón Building in the city of San Jose, 10 minutes walking distance from Central Park in downtown, 15 minutes from the Airport. Near from the largest park in San José called "La Sabana". Offers trees, walk, urban Canopy, swimming pools, Basket ball, soccer, tenis, baseball. Basic to the school's philosophy is that it be a cheerful, congenial place to learn Spanish.

Our Students

Participants come mainly from the United States, Canada and Europe. They include:

Students have different language backgrounds. Some have never been exposed to Spanish before. Others have studied Spanish, or have lived in Spanish speaking countries. A few speak the language fairly well.

Some participants have a fair knowledge of Spanish grammar and vocabulary, but cannot speak or understand a native speaker in normal speech. Others, relatively fluent, never had the opportunity of formal language training, and would like to correct their pronunciation, improve their use of verb tenses and enhance their style.
